Yuzu is widespread in China, Tibet, Japan and Korea; unlike most other citrus fruits, it can withstand very cold temperatures. It is rich in vitamin C and polyphenols, a truly healthy fruit! Very fragrant, it can be used very well both in the kitchen and in the beverage sector, in fact it is present in various refreshments and is also fresh and aromatic in mocktails. For this reason the Mixer puree concentrate can have practically infinite uses as well as having the advantage of being easily available, unlike the fruit which is not very widespread in Europe. An advice? Blend it into a nice Iced Tea!
