Refund and Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@falorra.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Incorrect/Faulty/Damaged Items:

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, are faulty on arrival or you have simply an incorrect item in your order, or it does not match the product description, we will help to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible. We will happily replace the item or refund the amount, as per your choice. Please call us at 025864010 or by emailing our friendly team at info@falorra.com. We endeavor to replace or return the item within 3 business days of receiving your request.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (5 to 10 days, please check with your bank). (Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment)


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food products including Coffee), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

We do not accept returns on any international orders. So please order wisely.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items  

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
